At DAKS, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our heritage tailoring and accessories. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return any unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original DAKS packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
